Man says woman kept him from leaving after paying him to have sex

A woman called from the Drake apartments May 3, reporting that her friend had choked her and pushed her against a wall.
Officers located the man outside the building. He said he was trying to leave and she would not let him. He said she had paid him to come have sex with her, but they did not.
The man was subsequently sent on his way and advised not to return.
