Wow, just wow. "Sanctions" for free speech. Not just banning Russian or prp-Russia media outlets but criminalizing Americans from donating and possibly sharing links, and admitting this is because of speech and opinion the US regime doesn't like.

This is clearly going to be used as the basis for arresting Americans who share links oto sites the US regime doesn't agree with, even inadvertently.
All they have to do is find or lie about some tenuous connection to a sanctioned country (not just Russia but could be any of the other ones), falsely claim its "misinformation" and the arrest the American for posting it.
American sites or individuals which link to the alleged "foreign "misinformation"" or even make the same argument in parallel by coincidence can be shut down and sent to prison. Its clear where this is going.
