Isn’t history technically already stopped? Now some may want to stop the present to make it seem more like the past, but since history is what has already occurred it is no longer moving.

History is created constantly because time doesn’t stop.

Bobby is however referring to Historical negationism/denialism, and historical revisionism.

What some white privileged Americans invoke and call the “The good old days” weren’t always good; slavery, American genocide against the native Americans, child labor segregation, etc etc etc
