I've noticed this a few times and I don't know if it is just me or whether other old farts have had the same experience. It is almost too much of a good thing. :) Makes me wonder what the magic ingredient is. Steak, fish, pork, etc. don't seem to have any affect and yes that includes oysters! :)
BTW, the effect is quite dramatic, at least for me.
Turkey is the best known natural antidepressant and contains the highest amount of serotonin. This may be what works for some in addition to other factors. Additional info below may be of some interest:
Wish full thinking. I have 3 vices in my life. Drinking alcohol, smoking and trying to fuck strippers. Smoking raises my blood pressure. My RX's from my M.D keeps me normal but has an adverse reaction. My dick doesn't get hard. Viagra and the other two choices do work as long as I follow the rules. No booze, No cigarettes and follow the diet advice given with them. NO Turkey mentioned.I kept it straight one day and shocked the shit out of one of my favorites. I gotta give up some vices. I am thinking that booze and smokes would be less harmfull but who knows for sure?
While not dramatic, I've had good SC sessions after eating spicy chicken.
As for turkey- good from cal/fat aspect, but I've also heard that it can also make you sleepy.
It's dramatic. I can't believe it is just natural chicken or turkey. Has to be some hormone or additive. Woke up 3 times last night as if I were a youngster. The only other food I had that hasn't normally been on my diet of late is pistacho nuts.
Same three vices as my brother.... drink, smoke, & fuck strippers! Won't give up the latter! Cutting down on my smoking, and drink only when out. As far as Viagra.... (could be a vice, I suppose)... I use it recreationally only, never when I jack-off!! :-) And, don't tell me you don't jack-off!!! LOL
I can come up with a theory. Nitric oxide is necessary to have a good time in strip clubs. Being young and eating foods that aren't high in fat or taking supplements could improve the production of nitric oxide in your body. When you eat lots of fatty foods or foods that counter the effects or destroy nitric oxide, your strip club experience may not be as fun. I remember a week or two ago I was eating a lot of grilled chicken and not too much fat and taking L-Arginine supplements every day. The first dancer I encountered in a strip club on one night who I didn't even think looked that great got a reaction from part of me I wasn't expecting. Taking L-Arginine has a beneficial effect on your arteries over time I believe. Exercise probably helped as well. Just eating well and exercising creates creates nitric oxide and makes for a better strip club experience. That's my theory.

Interesting links, thanks. :) The turkey works no matter how it is cooked. Only a hot young woman works as well, but is more draining in all ways.
