There is no statute of limitations on crimes against humanity. There used to be one, 20 years. In the mid 60's, as it looked like some fugitives might escape justice, the Simon Wiesenthal Center worked with the UN to get the statue of limitations lifted. And Simon Wiesenthal did not forget, he pursued these fugitive until he had positive proof that they were dead, or until they would have to be so old that the chances they could be alive were negligible.

Biden should have told the FDA Commissioner that the date will be released Jan 20th. As it is he should appear with the Commissioner in the White House Rose Garden and announce that the data is being released right now. Maybe about 2 cd's worth. And they should also get the software used analyze it.
Congress should amend the bill to be much bigger, keeping the 100 day rule, but also offering far more in terms of accountability and transparency.

So I try to track the progress of this bill. Making a new law to force the FDA to comply with existing law. Seems kind of silly really. And if the Democrats wanted to get ahead of the story they could really easily. Biden could order the data released at once. He should have done this on January 20th. He could order it released today. And then the Norman bill could be expanded, so that while still making sure the data is released, it also guarantees far broader FDA reforms.
So I try to watch progress of the bill, and holy shit, there are 1300 pending bills now pertaining to COVID and the vaccine. Almost all are started by Republicans and they in some way or another prohibit vaccination mandates. The couple that are started by Democrats give support to the vaccine.
I have never seen anything like this before. I gather that the Democrats keep all the Republican bills tabled. Republicans submit them mostly as a kind of posturing, to exacerbate tensions, and to draw attention away from things like the build back better.
Things are really breaking down. At this point nothing that surfaces about the vaccine would surprise me.

In this country we did not do this, we just told them to open their mouths and yell, let the pressure equalize through the eustachian tubes.
As there has been this push to get children injected with the mRNA Immuno Disabler, it seems to be to the the same sort of thing. COVID poses no threat to children, where as the vaccine does.

‘Paramount importance’: Judge orders FDA to hasten release of Pfizer vaccine docs

A federal judge in Texas on Thursday ordered the Food and Drug Administration to make public the data it relied on to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, imposing a dramatically accelerated schedule that should result in the release of all information within about eight months.
That’s roughly 75 years and four months faster than the FDA said it could take to complete a Freedom of Information Act request by a group of doctors and scientists seeking an estimated 450,000 pages of material about the vaccine.
The court “concludes that this FOIA request is of paramount public importance,” wrote U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman in Fort Worth, who was appointed to the bench by former President Donald Trump in 2019.
The FDA didn’t dispute it had an obligation to make the information public but argued that its short-staffed FOIA office only had the bandwidth to review and release 500 pages a month.
While Pittman recognized “the ‘unduly burdensome’ challenges that this FOIA request may present to the FDA,” in his four-page order, he resoundingly rejected the agency’s suggested schedule.
Rather than producing 500 pages a month — the FDA's proposed timeline — he ordered the agency to turn over 55,000 a month. That means all the Pfizer vaccine data should be public by the end of the summer rather than, say, the year 2097.
Even if the FDA may not see it this way, I think Pittman did the agency — and the country — a big favor by expediting the document production.
I’ve been chronicling this fight since November and have heard from of readers who said they felt something was suspicious, even nefarious, in the FDA’s proposed slo-mo timeline. Making the information public as soon as possible may help assuage the concerns of vaccine skeptics and convince them the product is safe.
Pittman in his order nodded to this as well, including a quote from the late senator John McCain, who said that excessive administrative secrecy “feeds conspiracy theories and reduces the public’s confidence in the government.”
Still, the FDA is likely to be hard-pressed to process 55,000 pages a month.
The office that reviews FOIA requests has just 10 employees, according to a declaration filed with the court by Suzann Burk, who heads the FDA’s Division of Disclosure and Oversight Management. Burk said it takes eight minutes a page for a worker “to perform a careful line-by-line, word-by-word review of all responsive records before producing them in response to a FOIA request.”
At that rate, the 10 employees would have to work non-stop 24 hours a day, seven days a week to produce the 55,000 pages a month (and would still fall a bit short).
But as lawyers for the plaintiffs Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency pointed out in court papers, the FDA as of 2020 had 18,062 employees. Surely some can be dispatched to pitch in at the FOIA office.
Aaron Siri of Siri & Glimstad, who represents the plaintiffs, in an email said the decision "came down on the side of transparency and accountability."
His clients — a group that includes more than 200 doctors, scientists, professors and public health professionals, including some who have publicly questioned the efficacy of lockdown policies, mask mandates and the vaccine itself — have pledged to publish all the information they receive from the FDA on their website.
The Justice Department, which represented the FDA in the litigation, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Thursday evening. Pfizer, not a party to the suit, also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Pittman in his order made clear that the FOIA request, even if burdensome, has to be a priority for the FDA.
Quoting from remarks made during the hearing before him on December 14, he wrote that “there may not be a ‘more important issue at the Food and Drug Administration . . . than the pandemic, the Pfizer vaccine, getting every American vaccinated," and assuring the public that the vaccine was not "'rush[ed] on behalf of the United States.'"

U.S. district judge Mark Pittman on Thursday ordered the FDA to produce all remaining data on the vaccine at a rate of 55,000 pages per month, much faster than the 500-page-per month quota the FDA proposed in November.
Alongside plaintiff Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, the FDA will be required to submit joint status reports on the progress of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request every 90 days, starting on April 1.
The court acknowledged the “unduly burdensome” challenge the speedy FOIA request poses for the FDA, Pittman said but argued that there “may not be” a more important issue at the agency right now than the pandemic, Pfizer’s shot, vaccinating every American and making sure that the public is convinced the process wasn’t rushed.
“[T]he expeditious completion of Plaintiff’s request is not only practicable but necessary,” Pittman continued in his order.
In November, the Justice Department, which represented the FDA in the litigation, argued the regulator didn’t have the staff or resources to meet the plaintiff’s original deadline of March 3, 2022. To hit that target, the FDA would have needed to process some 80,000 pages a month. The plaintiffs have requested some 450,000 pages of material on the vaccine, Reuters reports.
The branch that would be in charge of processing the plaintiffs' FOIA request only has 10 employees and is already saddled with about 400 outstanding bids for information, lawyers for the defense said last year.
So why do the plaintiffs, made up of doctors, scientists and professors, want the information on Pfizer's shot, Comirnaty? To hear representing lawyer Aaron Siri of Siri and Glimstad tell it, independent scientists need those data "to offer solutions and address serious issues with the current vaccine program." Those serious issues include waning immunity, evasive variants and the shots’ inability to prevent transmission, Siri said. Siri has come out strong against vaccine mandates in the past.
Last February, he penned an op-ed for STAT News arguing against employer vaccine mandates while the vaccine remained under an emergency use authorization.
Later in 2021, the FDA rejected Siri’s request to revoke the EUAs given to Moderna and J&J’s vaccines, Endpoints News reported. He asked that the emergency nods be taken away in light of the full approval of Pfizer-BioNTech’s vaccine.
No one should be coerced into an unwanted medical procedure, Siri argued in his emailed statement.
“And while it is bad enough the government violated this basic liberty right by mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, the government also wanted to hide the data by waiting to fully produce what it relied upon to license this product until almost every American alive today is dead,” Siri continued. “That form of governance is destructive to liberty and antithetical to the openness required in a democratic society."

Now the World Health Organization has waved the white flag on Covid vaccine boosters too.
WHO released a statement about Covid vaccines yesterday. It’s filled with the usual public health jargon and ass-covering, but one line stands out:
a vaccination strategy based on repeated booster doses of the original vaccine composition is unlikely to be appropriate or sustainable.
