Reflecting on the reconstitution of the Republican Party in their election of a VA Governor.
The Concert of Europe was a system of dispute resolution adopted by the major conservative powers of Europe to maintain their power, oppose revolutionary movements, weaken the forces of nationalism, and uphold the balance of power.
The Conservative Order is a term applied to European political history after the defeat of Napoleon in 1815. From 1815 to 1830 a conscious program by conservative statesmen, including Metternich and Castlereagh, was put in place to contain revolution and revolutionary forces by restoring old orders, particularly previous ruling aristocracies.
The Congress of Vienna dissolved the Napoleonic world and attempted to restore the monarchies Napoleon had overthrown, ushering in an era of reaction.

And this Reaction, presented as Social Conservatism, what is it for?
It is to maintain Economic Stratification, Racial Hierarchy, and Economic Injustice. Social Conservatism is a mean spirited scam, and the people who espouse this know it.

It was reactionary sentiments in the population which made things so hard and convoluted for the French Revolution. And that was how Napoleon was able to take over.
And then at the 1815 Vienna Conference they reinstated the Prussian Monarchy, and I guess bolstered the Hapsburgs, the Ottomans, and the Romanovs, and thus suppressed the development of Democracy for another 100 years. We had to suffer these guys, all hat and no head, and then to endure the carnage of WWI, before we could be done with them. And then we still had to deal with Hitler and Mussolini.
Reaction sells itself as Social Conservatism, but there really is no such thing.
Guy I used to work for, a real nice guy, but he was a Republican. He said that Republicans lead more stable and calm lives than Democrats. I don't know if this is true, but again he is promoting the idea of Social Conservatism, when really it is just Reaction.
I am overwhelmed with this as they were able to resurrect the Republican Party in the VA governor's race.

It never ceases to amaze me that the Republican party can draw about half of the votes.
They have half of the Senate seats, and they have appointed the majority of SCOTUS justices.
But all they are offering is a reactionary social identity.
That seems to appeal to some people.
But it is also clear that without racism, the Republican Party would not even exist.

There is no such thing as Social Liberalism. Any sex outside ipf a married man-woman family unit has been (mostly) condemned by societies in the Middle East and Europe since antiquity (notice I said mostly). Modern civilization is predicated on what some today call social conservatism. To this day thatx still why you feel that little extra rush of excitement when you enter a strip club for exsmple. You know its wrong. Thats why it's fun. The documented decline in sexual activity amoung young people today is not surprising considering we have taken the illicit thrill out of sex. You "social liberals" and "libertarians" are so clueless and so drunk on your angry ideogies you don't see the obvious.
