OT: Has 2020 gotten so bad that people think this is a good idea

I know 2020 has been bad enough that a lot of people are fine with doing a lot of things they never would have considered a year ago. In 2019 people would have thought you were insane if you suggested people wear masks when going to a store or bank. They would have laughed if you said profession sports would be played without fans in the stadium. The thought of public schools teaching students via video chat seemed like a distant possibilities. Now these are all common ideas.

But some things that people are doing are still unbelievable.
