So basically the San Diego school district has been "discriminating" for decades and apparently singling out blacks and giving them worse grades (unfairly so it seems) - and by extension they have also been discriminating against whites by giving them more bad grades than Asians - I guess this needs to stop also - talk about moving-the-goalpost and lowering-of-the-bar
