Not all companies in the adult entertainment business, however, have been denied funding. Bella's Hacienda Ranch brothel owner Madam Bella Cummins received a notification that her funding application was approved for around $70,000, but the program had run out of money by then.
“It was a huge milestone because it’s the first time I was approved for anything associated with a grant or part of a package,” she said.

More likely they lied the application specifically asks if the business, is sexual or prurient in nature, and says that any business run as an adult only entertainment will not receive funding.

Because surely no one has ever heard of Bella's Hacienda Ranch. lol. If people are involved in the decision making, rules go so far as someone cares for them to go.
Isn't the entire hobby at the level many TUSCLers operate literally built around that?
