Why do you think Dr Paul Joseph Goebbels said that?
You should decide whether something makes sense by its content, not by the person who says it, regardless of the letters after his name or his title or position in society or when or where he said it.

Why do you think he said that?

Every penny is sticky with sweat and blood.”
