Every time I go out to eat with my CF she takes a photo of her meal to post on snapchat.

Snapchat is the preferred social media for the ladies i know. Private messages disappear after being read.

Probably depends heavily on their social circle. Most of the women I know have both snapchat and instagram, but starting maybe 3-4 years ago there was a heavy migration from snapchat (which was dominating at the time) to instagram. I'm guessing this was about the time instagram copied all of snapchat's best features. Perhaps some of the girls like the snapchat-like story format (which instagram now has) plus instagram's ability to post photos that are permanent, with the ability to have an interactive chat (which instagram has but snapchat doesn't). On the third hand, lots of girls like snapchat's for-pay feature, although everyone has appeared to migrate to onlyfans for that

Some girls I’ve found just strictly want to talk on snap. That’s fine. They want absolutely no record of communication with someone like me, understandable.

White Knight: I've only recently run into my first girl ever who will only talk on snap! No google voice like all the other strippers, and I think you're right, she just wants to be absolutely sure there's no record. In addition, she has a boyfriend, so perhaps she feels better knowing that the evidence all expires.

In general, snap's best feature is that it gives people the illusion of temporality. They think screenshots can be detected, little videos they send can't be recorded, etc. And perhaps the fact that the messages disappear on their phone makes it feel less real...

Jab, snapchat itself is free. And by default, your interactions with your connections are free. But, you can also set up a "paid" area. So, for example, a stripper could have her main snapchat where she has her regular story, which consists of teasers that tempt you to pay for her for-pay content. Many/most girls seem to have moved to onlyfans, but I guess there's still doing premium content on snapchat also.

For most of us PLs, I think the allure of snapchat is not their premium areas, because who needs that? It's having your CF send you salacious pics and vids via snapchat -- which she's more apt to do, due to the illusion that it just disappears after you watch it. Having snapchat makes it way more likely you'll get sexy pics from your CF, even if she normally won't send pics over text.

By contrast, on instagram, everyone moves to onlyfans for paid content, and OF seems to be integrated into instagram itself. Wonder what the business relationship is.

Instagram is similar to Facebook in that it doesn't seem to allow nudity.

Snapchat allows for nudity, but it also has a premium area, where certain girls can charge for risque content.

I'm more interested in girls who post directly to Reddit or Pornhub. There is direct messaging, and they seem to allow everything....
