400,000 people in jail in the US, not having been convicted, just because they cannot afford bail.

We will end cash bail, we will end private prisions, end the war on drugs, legalize marijuana in every state.

This is just like listening to Bill Clinton in '92, but now the message is much more progressive and much more aggressive.
