I was there a few weeks ago and a dancer told me someone had been seen taking pictures of license plates in the parking lot. Paranoid me can think of several different scenarios (do-gooder, lawyer, cop, PI, the club itself) and none of them are good.
Not good. I'm a bit surprised that the city is not getting enough tax revenue from the club.
Took Sandy Springs 11 years to Finally shut down it's 3 clubs.
Chamblee is trying to shut down Follies but it may take awhile. The club has a war chest and experienced attorneys. BTW I was told by one dancer and confirmed by one manager that the club is presently not requiring dancers to get a license from the city. Not sure how long that will last.

I hope they have lawyers who know how to fight back. I hope it can stay open.

I didn't know they lost another court battle in December. The writing is on the wall.

Although cops would just cruise the lot with a tag reader.
