Mental Health System, Psychotherapy, Psychiatry, Psychiatric Drugs

money was invented for handing to women, but buying dances is a chump's game
So I disagree with this Democracy Now piece:

We should talk care of people, but never via Psychotherapy or any other Mental Health procedures.
And as Andrew Yang's brother is some kind of a therapist and Andrew wants to provide psychotherapy, I break with him on that. Absolute safety net and UBI, but never packed as Mental Health or Psychotherapy.

Talked to a guy last night, had all the standard liberal views, but he clearly does not want there to be any major conflict.
In particular he is a strong supporter of Psychotherapy, the Mental Health System, and the concept of Mental Illness.
I am completely opposed to these things and want to eradicate them.
My liberal acquaintance believes that Mental Illness is real, and that confessing your affairs to a Psychotherapist "helps" you.
He gave the example of someone who has "urges", like "urges to rape someone".
As I see it, that someone could be convinced that their urges are dangerous or necessarily bad, is a travesty. That this convincing would be done by someone carrying a government issued license is the ultimate in belittling and disabling.
Of course we all have to think twice about what we do. But as far as feelings and urges the most important thing is to feel them and try to go to their depths.
So no, I am not going along with this guy. I am a Radical Leftist. I believe that to get a more just and progressive society, large scale lethal violence may indeed prove necessary.
About the best I can say about Psychotherapy is that we should not be allowing our government to license it. Cut it lose. And remember, anytime you talk to a Psychotherapist, you might as well just be talking to police. It amounts to the same thing, same results. No more licensed Psychotherapy.
About Psychiatry, telling people that they have a ~Mental Illness~, I say that that falls within Nuremberg precedents for Crimes Against Humanity.
So for a government license holder to be telling people such nonsense, 20 years in prison.
For one who gives out Psychiatric Medications, a Life sentence.
For one who gives these medications to juveniles:

Sickening, the people who do this drugging of children should be executed.

What will be interesting is when abuse survivors start obtaining legal justice, instead of letting more people fuck with them.
