Based on my unscientific analysis, I agree with ShadowCat.
However, I’m not so sure they are fake.
The club where I've seen the most thick girls has been Ebony Inn near DC.
But overall it'd probably be Atlanta with its good # of black clubs (Club Blaze, Pin Ups, Strokers, Follies, etc).
With about 20 black clubs, I would guess Atlanta.
