Got a PM from another TUSCLer asking me if I knew of a Houston club called "The Crazy Bull" in Houston since it's not listed on TUSCL - anyone know anything about it?
Seems it also goes by "El Toro Loco" (The Crazy Bull) so makes me think it may be a heavily Latin club since Houston is heavily Latin (particularly heavily Mexican) - below is the club's IG page:

Sounds like it could be a membership club. Those can be awesome cause they are exempt from all laws against public sex and public lewdness.
As far as the law against prostitution, they are not exempt from that, but in practical terms it gets to be impractical to enforce.
Could be anything goes front room, back room, and walking a girl out the front door with you.
Anyone know more about it?
