I visited the Rhino in COI and it was fun. But I burned through a couple hundred in an hour and only really had one VIP dance. What are the best spending strategies? Not looking for extras, but am looking for the best time possible for a couple hundred.

I have a couple of ideas:
Go to Synn COI, write a review. Use new found 8 weeks of VIP access to study other areas and be better prepared for next visit. Then try some topless places to see if a topless LD is sufficient to make you splooge. Plenty of good contact topless LD's for $10 to $20 per dance. If not, then plenty of nude contact places for less than $40 that don't clip songs like the Rhino chain does.
Jack off to free porn in your hotel room, pocket the $200 savings for future club visits. Cram 8 weeks of studying into 4 weeks for potential club visits.
My gut impression is that you need to get virgin club experience out of your system, and will likely go for curtain #1. Whatever you do (I read your review comments) don't go SR Downtown. Parking is tight there (valet parks car in the street sometimes, took them 15 minutes to get my car), and seems to have higher than average % of ROB's. If you are not looking for extras, Satin Topless in COI is fun.
Synn is fun too but it is an extras club, so most dancers will upsell to the VIP and if you are not looking for extras then to me it is a waste of money.

Though I haven't been to a lot of clubs in LA area, a couple hundred isn't going to get you much outside of COI. If with the size of your playtime bankroll, you're satisfied with viewing hot girls but not getting much action, 4Play and Bare Elegance have hot girls - but be warned, the VIP chair dances at 4Play are mostly worthless due to no fly zone upstairs in those 3/75 chairs and 3/90 couches
DeclineToState, above the clothes anything goes. Those are the rules I live by. I'm happy to pay "extra" but not do "real" extra.
Dingus, you strike me as a Yolo type of guy. I wouldn't dream of interfering with any foolishness you chose to indulge in. I expect nothing less than a full report from you. My gripes expressed in last paragraph of prior post sums up my beef- lousy parking and higher ROB incidence.

Spend on the same girl over multiple visits. Keep visiting the same club, meet multiple girls, and try out a few of them. Spend more on the girls you like on your NEXT visit.

I travel a lot on short trips so many of my strip club visits are one and only visits, and I often get more than satisfactory service. Granted, a couple of hundred is not a huge amount to work with, but if you’re not looking for extras, and the OP said he wasn’t, you can have a good time with most dancers in most clubs with a couple of hundred. I think the best strategy would be to pick one girl, and if you get a good vibe, spend it all on her and she will probably show some appreciation.
The last time I was in the LA area Synn in COI it was the better value. Rhino is $$$$$ and way to much plastic for my tastes. Over all LA is to expensive for what you get, San Fran is worse. I actually like Detroit better/less expensive, the girls are nicer with better attitude and just as good looking. I did not even bother to review the clubs I hit after my last LA trip as I did not spend much time at the clubs. The Rhino had lots of Barbies, no customers, clipped songs and expensive mechanical dancers. The Synn was packed with regulars. Better value with friendlier dancers but I cut my visits short since many girls were with their regulars.
coi is the better value in the southwest. however i have found even better value with a drive that requires a passport.
