On one hand, I do think there is an element of either pimping or at minimum a very controlling boyfriend. But not for the majority of danders. (My only frame of reference is p10 tho)
On the other hand, if the concern is over very young teenage girls, I think anime conventions are worse about that than strip clubs š
So it sounds like we need to arrest all of the boyfriends of the strippers.
