Based on Sundays, Saturdays, or any day I've been here recently, the "regular" $30 laps are one-way and not worth it. The girls don't even push laps, the DJs don't push laps, and private rooms (15 min or more) are about the only way you will get two-way laps. You of course need to know about those because the girls don't really push them like they did, say 2-3 years ago. And everything is on camera.
