@BoytoyOfNicespice. Those HOA's can really suck in leafy green neighborhoods. My legal advice to you is. When you get back from Mexico show up at those board meetings with your paddle and pull those board members pants down and spank them in front of all their friends. Just blister their bottoms. Let em have it for real this time.
