I got Android's and IPhones
idk about apps and i'm not a gym rat. Try bodybuilding.com. Also looking up weight lifting exercises to target ______ helps. As far as cardio just find some form of cardio that doesn't make you wanna commit suicide or do something you can do like in front of a tv if it all sucks. Good luck.
Just a warning their forum side is very trolly and full of gym bros.
