Say, a tourist wants to chill in a bar for a few days. He just wants cheap alcohol, time to think, and a rest from the other distractions ZN provides.

La perlas and they have great food and a bar

El Burro has cheap caguamas, Zacas is a BYOW with a classic tunes jukebox, plenty of chill places a few blocks away on Revo with music that is less loud.
