I’m headed down to Tijuana early September. I went down a month or so ago to do a scouting trip which was successful. I’d like to to Rosarito for a day when I go down. It would be great to have a companion to go to the beach with for the day. What do you think the best option for finding a girl is? I don’t mind paying. I was thinking of talking to HK girls they day before. If you have contacts feel free to PM me as well.

But I"m thinking it's important that you can talk to her if you are spending the day with her. And you want a girl that knows where things are.
How about just letting the little head take over and selecting for yourself?
I would suspect that at the lesser bars and on the street you will find more local girls.

I would think it'd be harder arranging it from one day to the next either bc she has to work or she doesn't wanna miss a day of income (unless you're thinking of compensating her nicely).
Would've been good if you had made some contacts in your previous trip to arrange something for this trip.

This only happened once with a lady from HK. HK girls are often from out of town and are singularly focused making money before heading home.
Escorts may be an option.
If they don't put in enough days or work a Monday or Tuesday, management won't let them work Friday or Saturday night without paying a fine.
I believe there are 3 shifts each day. 10am to 6pm, 4pm to midnight, and 8 am to 4am. They can work longer, but they need to arrive on time and be dressed and on the floor by the start of one of those shift times.
So, if you arrive a little before 4pm or 8pm, you should be able to see a bunch of girls arriving for the new shift.
After meeting a girl for the first time, it may be tough for you to get her to go to the beach with you the next day, because she may not know you well enough yet. However, if she wants to, she can easily take off from work the next day if she chooses to.
I have a chica who I see regularly there. I've seen her for a long time now, so she's told me all about the scheduling system. I started out seeing her only at HK, but now I only see her outside the club. She'll skip work at the last second on a M, T, or W if I'm heading down. If I can't make it, she'll go to work that day. She doesn't need to call in or anything. She just shows up or she doesn't.
Countryman's chica is okay. She's not ugly, and I'm not knocking her, but there are a LOT of girls much hotter at HK. Were as with a street girl, reports are of just double the short time rate, plus hotel.
So a street girl might not be available for instant TLN. Especially a day time girl. Seems like they are on the sidewalk because they want to live ordinary lives and keep ordinary hours. But for future appoints, hell yeah!

Lots of guys start at the HK. But for experts, the lesser bars and the sidewalk. This is how I see it.
