I was at the Hard Rock about a week ago, and I can vouch for the fact that the club is very hard to find. I literally had to ask a security guard for directions. And then, after I found it, I was turned away from the rope-line for not wearing proper attire. This place thinks it's fancy-pants. I guess LDKs are out of the question. But if you're dressed properly and you're looking for it, it's on the second floor. When you're facing the buffet, it's all the way down the hall behind you. Or, if you're a creepy lurking lowlife, you can just loiter in the hallway near the restrooms and watch the dancers come and go all evening (I was just looking for a cell signal, I swear).
So anyway, I didn't get to visit Scores, but I didn't really come to AC for a strip club anyway. I came to eat unhealthy food and gamble. The buffet at the Hard Rock is not good, by the way. This place was nicer when Trump still had his name on the place, many years ago. He would have taken one look at the buffet and diagnosed it as low-class. In fact, the whole place just looks like they removed all the gaudy gold Trump-Taj decor and replaced it with... nothing. Very generic.
If you want a good casino in AC, may I suggest the Borgata or the Tropicana. And you can't go wrong with the buffet at the Borgata, by the way - the food is as good as a 3-star restaurant. Having said that, the noodle bar at the Hard Rock isn't bad, although the menu is a little limited (because they just opened up). I think the cocktail waitresses are hotter at the Borgata and the Trop than the ones at the Hard Rock, but Atlantic City in general has always been a low-cut outfit/big-titty fest. Enjoy it while you still can before political correctness forces the casinos to start hiring men in drag.
