I'm going to be in Baltimore & Philly in a couple of weeks. I would very much appreciate any info regarding the best SCs in terms of mileage. I am also interested in ITC / OTC possibilities. I've been to "the Block" once, several years ago, and to Gold Club in Philly a year or so ago. Both were good experiences. Honestly, I'd become more of an escort patron until recently, when my trusted site went dark due to recent legislation. Finally, curious about any Asian massage options and what might be offered in either city. There's a search box at the top of the discussion view or the bottom of the home page - type Philly or Philadelphia or Baltimore, to see previous threads on the topic.
Also, if u click on a city name it'll give you an option to sort the clubs by various criteria; the clubs with the most reviews are often the better ones.
