    The facilities were okay. I washed it down the drain with the spray wand

    There was a topless car wash for several years in Greensboro N.C. I think closed now though.

    There used to be a topless car wash on Powerline Rd. up in Pompano Beach, FL. Unfortunately, I never made it up there before the city shut em down. (:
