Stripper punched out a customer's tooth

In a case of a toothless man in a topless bar, a Manhattan chef claims a sensitive stripper slugged him for insulting her mothering skills.

David Kupferstein, 36, stopped with pals at the Hustler Club in March 2015 when one of the dancers chatted up the group.

“She kept on talking to me,” he recalled. “She kept on having drinks with us. Some of my friends were throwing money at her. She told me all about herself and her family and her children . . . and how they were f–king up with the police.

“I said, ‘It sounds like you are a bad mother.’

He added, “ I guess she didn’t like it.”

The dancer punched Kupferstein as he was sipping his drink, knocking out his left front tooth in the process, he charges in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit against the Midtown West jiggle joint.

“Within seconds, three or four bouncers surround me, escorting me out,” he said. “They bring me to the front. After a couple of minutes they found my tooth on the floor and brought it back to me.”

The manager allegedly pledged to pay the private chef’s dental bills, but later reneged, Kupferstein claims.

The injury left Kupferstein with a gap in his grin until he was able to get a temporary fake tooth.

“One of the restaurants I was interviewing for was called, ‘Smile.’ The irony was very thick,” he said.

Kupferstein, who is single, expects years of expensive dental work ahead, including possible gum surgery — and is suing for almost $1 million in damages.

“We want the Hustler Club to be held accountable,” said his lawyer, Steven Wolff.

A lawyer for the West Side Highway strip club declined comment. A manager didn’t return messages.

Kupferstein said he “felt ashamed” for having been in the strip club, but doesn’t think the punishment fit his crime.

“I guess it is sort of insulting to tell a woman she is a bad mother,” he admitted. “I felt we had that kind of rapport.”

Hope he gets paid - you can't put your hands on someone b/c you don't like what they say - having an opinion is not against the law, but assault is

This happened almost 3 years ago, and he waits till now to sue? And $1 million? Why did he let a girl beat him up?

Usually dancers keep their emotions in control while interacting customers. His friends were throwing money on her and she punched him..What a pathetic dancer?during conversation whatever the customer says is not serious. He says it jokingly. Dancer has to take it easy.

The customer shouldn’t have called the dancer a bad mother. There are few things that will set a girl off like that statement. However, the dancer is the one in the wrong for acting physically. If she just insulted the customer and then walked away - that would have been more appropriate.

This chef sounds a bit arrogant. But his tooth definitely isn’t worth $1 mil!

A million dollars? Man I missed my chance. One time a dancer jumped up from down below me and smacked me in the face with her head giving me an awful bloody nose. Stupid clumsy dancer. I would have been really upset if she did it on purpose. Worst I ever bled from any sudden impact with anyone and I used to fight just about every other day when I was young. At least I never got impaled by strippers sharp heels.

I've seen where some guys could claim whip lash from the strippers climbing on their shoulders and shaking them like crazy. No one injured from it though. It's possible some dancers were getting customers noses rubbing against their bikini covered pussies. I survived. Actually it was fun sometimes. Hard to see anything though when your nose is pressed against her bikini. Those were from stage tips. Not lap dances.
