If you want a girl for a private party, at the Sunnyvale Brass Rail, they just approach the girl when she is just done with her set and hand her a business card and ask, "Do you do bachelor parties?" Usually the girl will give a non-committal answer, especially since it is in front of lots of people.
Otherwise I have seen guys offer her a drink and when she sits down just introduce themselves and the same question.
At Club T's, 13th St. San Jose, now defunct, some of the girls would be there sitting by the front door and handing out their business card to each guy who enters.
Sometimes girls will do a tips round and tell each guy that they also do bachelor parties. This is probably true. But more often than not what they would really be getting is just individual OTC's.
