Gang Unit detectives from Tucson Police Department are investigating an overnight shooting that took place at TD’s East strip club, 5822 E. Speedway.

The shooting took place at around 12:15 a.m. in the club’s parking lot and involved two large groups of people, according to Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a Tucson Police Department spokeswoman.

The groups fled the parking lot after the shooting. One male, believed to be involved in the incident, later showed up at the hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound, Bay said.

Anyone with any information is asked to call 88-CRIME.

Around 15-20 years ago, TDs was hands down the best club in Tucson, hell maybe the entire state! They got hot U of A students and the majority of hot traveling dancers and local MILFs. Since the last decade it's been a real slow train wreck, to the point I will only go when it's slow, before dark to avoid thugville. It's changed too much, and I don't know which club in Tucson is good now so I avoid them all
