  Did you notice that her butt-enhancement injections included stuff to fix flat tires?
  
  I'm conflicted. On the one hand that's brilliantly funny! ;)
  
  On the other hand it's sad that some people want a big ass so much that they get fix-a-flat injected in their ass cheeks. :(
