She is a very intriguing story.
Gamma has brought up a valid point, if people are identifying themselves with different genders, why can't someone identify with a different race?
What if she was really African-American (with light skin) and claimed she was Causasian? Would she be accepted then?

Women are crazier than men, and Dolezal is crazier than most women. And she's not Dolezal anymore, she adopted a new name that reflects her spiritual homeland of Africa. She kept the goofy, though.
