A handjob is considered a safe sax act and there is no risk for a STI from this activity. Touch from a hand will not pass any sexually transmitted infections, including the easy to pass STIs, such as syphilis or herpes which may be passed form close contact with the mouth, ass or pussy. Spit from her hand will not spread it. The saliva itself is NOT infectious. Direct contact to her mouth, could be. (Your PENIS in her MOUTH .. but even that is somewhat unlikely to transmit.)

I never thought of a HJ as risky but now that you mention it I assume whenever your pipi comes into contact w/ anything else I guess there could be potential for issues whether from the dancer's saliva or her had itself not being clean - I would assume it may be a bigger risk if one has some kind of small cut/opening in the penis one is unaware off.
I'm no doctor - just a PL - but I would assume the risk in on the very-low-end of risky sex.

The infection rapidly DIES while outside the body. Like 7-8 seconds. It can't live outside the environment of the body.

Plus the urethra is a very small opening. So that helps.

I think it's speculated that HPV can live under finger nails. But everyone has it anyway, and I don't think there is any proof that anything can be transmitted via a HJ.
