I never thought of a HJ as risky but now that you mention it I assume whenever your pipi comes into contact w/ anything else I guess there could be potential for issues whether from the dancer's saliva or her had itself not being clean - I would assume it may be a bigger risk if one has some kind of small cut/opening in the penis one is unaware off.

I think it's speculated that HPV can live under finger nails. But everyone has it anyway, and I don't think there is any proof that anything can be transmitted via a HJ.
