I did for three months back in 2009 and 2012, and a one month membership in December of last year. I'm still a member but not currently "VIP" status. It's not a total scam site. I've connected and met with five women from there. They are mostly middle aged and elderly couples. Not too many women under 30 on that site. I wouldn't recommend the one year membership but I do the 30 day thing and go from there.

It's not a total scam site. They only scam when you're a "free" member. They spam you with fake accounts until you pay, then pretty much leave you alone until you're account expires.

That's the thing, I've had plenty of matches on tinder but never met anybody IRL. It's probably just me, but I don't know if I can have much success with Tinder. I can sometimes have a conversation with a girl that lasts maybe an hour, but it always eventually ends without meeting up.

AFF sucks, I wouldn't waste money or time on it. I was a basic member once, and I didn't think Gold membership would do much good.
