for the club hound travelers

Tuesday, March 1, 2016 7:23 AM
Now i know you guys don't drive all them miles just to club. For me food is just as big and exciting as the pending strip club visit and if a casino is close your for damn sure im going to make a wager. So my question is...what "extra" activities do you guy's get involved in outside of the club visit

    1. Poker room or poker at a casino 2. Sportsbar to watch a game, I'll settle for a BW3 if that's all I can find. Sometimes I can't even find that so I order take out and watch it in my room. I take a google chromecast with me so if a game isn't on the hotel tv hopefully I can stream it off one of my devices 3. Shopping at stores that aren't in my hometown 4. Swimming in my hotel pool (if it has one). 5. If I'm feeling brave I will eat at some fast food restaurants that aren't anywhere near me. Popeyes and Tim Hortons are two stops I like, and immediately regret after eating. 6. If there's a unique restaurant near my hotel I will stop in and have dinner. I have been known to take an OTC friend along with me on occasion, but a lot of times I like to eat in seclusion, at the bar.

Usually it's something with the wife. Then once I've entertained HER, I can reap my reward and go to the club. E.g., + rock concert out of town + theater, show, or play out of town + restaurant + hotel .. let her order room service, raid the mini bar (she's loves this, it's naughty), get a facial, spa, etc. + micro brewery for drinks and eats. + winery / vinyard date for drinks and eats. normally it's a rock concert, which is what brings us out of town. If it's business, its a micro-brewery, or a tour of a Budweiser plant, if one is nearby.

I like clubs near a beach or an In n Out Burger.
