CAMDEN, S.C. – A South Carolina police officer is accused of watching pornography and performing a sex act on himself in his patrol car while on duty.

WIS reported that officer Marshall Lee Hardin II, 41, has been charged with misconduct in office connection to the incident last week.

The Camden police officer is accused of watching porn on his cell phone inside his patrol car and performing a sex act on himself in the car and in a nearby public restroom.

The suspect has been jailed in the Kershaw County Detention Center. He also faces charges of malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance

So how do you get caught performing a sex act on yourself in a public restroom? Was he not smart enough to either lock the door or go into a stall? Did he walk out with a big stain on the front of his khaki pants like I did on my first ever strip club visit? There are so many important details that the news media fails to report on.
