I'm thinking about a trip to Detroit to hit some clubs. Does anyone know if there is quality trout fishing within a short distance of the city?
Might as well use multiple poles on the trip.

You could by a house as well. Last i looked a three bed 2 bath house was selling for $5,000....but good luck on finding a job

You have Lake Erie right there. Not sure about streams to fish.

Got a passport? Lots of guys cross the border to hit up Canada for fishing

I do believe there is fishing up near St. Claire Shores and Stony Creek.

Don't know if I would eat any fish caught near Detroit. Water there is badly polluted, and that's drinking water, which you would hope has some treatment before it hits the taps. Natural running water I would really be afraid of.
