By nature women can be emotional at times, but you expect that. What do you do when a dude gets all emotional and butt hurt for no reason? Do some men take it to a bigger extreme? Or does it just seem like it becausr you dont expect it?

I only get emotional about Tom Brady/the NE Patriots and Illinois Nazi's...
I think guys are more to the extreme because it happens less often. Like mrs s be having a fit about once every two weeks - they are usually pretty minor and in most cases nothing a stiff martini can't fix.
Now me, I usually only get emotional like 3 times a year. Since it's so rare I go ape shit and usually end up throwing something, or giving threats - like holding my printer outside my 2nd story office window and telling it "if you keep fucking up I'm gonna drop you."
