One person was shot and killed early Saturday morning outside a strip club in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood, according to Portland police.
Portland's Gang Enforcement Team responded to the Pallas Club, at 13639 S.E. Powell Blvd. at 12:45 a.m. on reports of a shooting.
Officers and emergency personnel discovered one deceased gunshot victim outside the strip club. Police did not specify the sex of the victim in a news release describing the incident.
Police said they searched the area but could not find the suspect.

Been in that club many times. ATF used to work there occasionally. There's a reason that part of Portland is called "felony flats."
Incidentally, there was another shooting outside a non-strip club bar in Portland that same night. Two killed, one wounded. Different part of town.
Bad night to be partying in Portland. My favorite club's parking lot was full of cops when I got there last night. Never did find out what that was about.
It's been a terrible week in Oregon as far as shootings starting with the Roseburg school shootings.
