With the LM dances there why would anyone bother
I guess the good thing is you can't score cheap political points here by raiding a strip club. SD is pro military and somewhat anti taxes, but has a pretty strong personal liberty streak. Wasted tax dollars matter more to conservatives in SD than morality policing.
