Very interesting case. Several states recognize an alienation of affections claim whereby a wife could sue the woman her husband is having an affair with. However, I've never heard of a case where the defendant is a stripper/escort/prostitute. If that happened in the U.S. I tend to doubt that a U.S. Court would follow this ruling. In other words, in the very conservative states that still recognize this claim, I still think that strippers could be sued by a PLs wife. So I need to continue hiding my DS relationship from the wife.

The hostess denied any sexual intercourse so maybe this was just like bill Clinton's non sexual relationship with Monica. He could have claimed he meant strictly business.
