Celebrities are above the law in California. And most other places.
Many laws aren't enforced. In the case of older teens in consentual relationships, you'd need a zealous parent and a zealous DA. But most DA don't like cases with non cooperative victims.
Now if she got mad at him and cried rape? Things could get messy for him.
