Stopped at the Chapeau Vert Monday afternoon. Saw one of the regular dancers and talked with her a while. She told me that the VIP area had been removed, no more topless lap dances, only topless no touch table dances. Any body hear of any other Detroit clubs doing this or is this just a bad business decision?
