Another joke

An old pious Jew who was poor and now so old he was unable to work at his low paying job any longer and feared for he and his wife starving prayed one night: He said his nightly prayers on evening: Dear lord what am I going to do I have worked hard all my life, raised my children and have never asked you for anything. If I could just win the lottery I'll be able to support my wife through our old age. After he finish and had resigned himself to his fate he hears in Yiddish from the heavens "Abe if ya wanna win ya gotta buy a ticket sometime"
