A Daytona Beach City Commissioner received a trespass warning from an adult entertainment club after threatening city action if a female server didn't have sex with him, the Daytona Beach News Journal is reporting.
The owner of Club Topic on International Speedway Boulevard accused City Commissioner Carl Lentz drinking two beers and a shot of liquor before demanding sex in exchange for lighter policing of the club, the newspaper reported.
When the waitress turned him down, the club owner said Lentz threw beer at her. Daytona Beach police will work with State Attorney R. J. Larizza to determine if Lentz committed a crime.

Dumb ass. Blackmail always backfires.
He may not be that dumb. If this place is like most clubs the waitress is the best looking girl in the place.
Not likely he would have the power to modify how LE conducts their monitoring of adult-oriented businesses.
See, this is why half those laws are in place anyway, so the corrupt government officials can do this kind of shakedown and get their proper vig.
The other half is at the behest of people who can't stand to see other people having the kind of fun they don't have the balls to try.
If he threw his drink at her he did commit a crime: battery
What makes him think a waitress is going to put out for the sake of the club. Voters elect some dumb asses lately... or the quality rep just doesn't want to be bothered with the nonsense ginned up in elections these days.
