  This is close to my idea.
  
  Instead of a kissing booth at the local fair for charity/school event, open a motorboat booth. $20 and you go back into a closed off area and get ~30 seconds of "face time" with a young busty (or MILF depending on who is running it).

  Sounds like a strip club to me. Men pay money to touch beautiful women. Of course, strippers are all charity cases. Just ask them! They have dying mothers, sisters in the hospital, lots of tuition bills, car's in the shop, no food at home, rent's over due...
