  I don't know of any club any where that offers OTC.

  Not usually the way Strip Clubs work. They are NOT in favor of their dancers meeting men OTC. Can be a firing offense.

  OTC is a mutual hookup between 2 consenting adults. It is not like ordering from E-Bay.
