PALM SPRINGS — Three men were wounded during a shooting early Saturday near a strip club on Military Trail, Palm Springs police said.
The three men, along with a fourth man who was not injured, had spent the night at Flashdance, just south of Purdy Lane, and had walked back to their car at a nearby parking lot when they heard shots, police said.
One man's injuries may leave him paralyzed, said Lt. Sal Abruscato, Palm Springs police spokesman. The other two men's injuries are not life-threatening, Abruscato added.
Abruscato said he did not believe the men knew the shooter.
“They were all just hanging out, reminiscing about the evening. They had no beef with anybody,†he said.
Police said they are investigating the shootings but have not yet identified a suspect.
Since Shadowcat begin his public service announcements about 2am'ers I never close the clubs anymore.
