LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A night out at a gentleman's club went down the pipes quickly when the management said an out-of-state man attacked the plumbing.
When the staff at P.T.'s Showclub couldn't get a man to leave after 1 a.m. Wednesday, they flagged down an officer on E. Market Street.
Merritt Kurt, 33, of Aurora, Colo., told police he wasn't leaving without a refund, according to an arrest report that also claims Kurt was heavily intoxicated and alarming other customers.
The manager of the gentleman's club told police they wanted Kurt, listed as 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, to leave because he went into a restroom and ripped a toilet from the floor, causing it to flood.
The toilet was broken in several pieces, police said, and repair cost is estimated at $700.
Kurt is charged with alcohol intoxication in public, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and second-degree criminal
