Beside Vegas? They only other clubs with pick-up/limo services are the mega clubs in major metro areas.
When I was in Albuquerque, I noted a company limo outside of TD North's. Not sure if there was to fee to use it or not.
I saw 3 limos parked at The Main Stage in Atlanta. Their web site says rentals start at $275. From what I saw ITC on a Saturday evening, you could not fill up a limo.

I have been to many clubs that claim to but have never seen their van/limo out their parking lots.
