There's still air dancing in some places and clubs, dunno about AC, look at the club reviews for that area. Can't they be casino showgirls in AC if they're really so mega-hot? Another possible option is revival burlesque dancing, seems like that's getting fairly common, but I doubt the $$$ are big for the dancers.
They will be meeting a lot of guys who will be suggesting things to them and the other guys won't care if they are married. If you're real confident and don't care if a lot of other guys will be hitting on your wife, go for it. If you are concerned, I would have your wife stick to amateur contests and visiting clubs with you. Of course if the marriage is open and you don't care what tempting situations pop up for your wife, it's your life.
